Idorenyen (Idy) Enang is a facilitator, trainer, coach and Business Executive. His business specializes in building effective leadership, building resilient individuals, strategically influencing and supporting individuals and companies to achieve greater productivity.
Idy as he is fondly called by friends and associates works with organizations in both the private and public sectors. His consultancy career builds on his vast experience in managing top rate brands and companies (Guinness; Coca-Cola; Cadbury; Samsung; L’Oreal) in several middle, senior Management and Executive capacities as Board Member and Chief Executive. He has traversed manufacturing, technology, cosmetics and the public sector.
He works with a passionate belief that individuals are unique and have the potential and brilliance to deliver what is required with the right support.
His core values include integrity, creativity, collaboration and respect. A qualified practitioner of Insights Discovery and Liberating Leadership, Idy boasts of several affiliations with Fellowships of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, The Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria and is the immediate past Region Vice President for Africa under the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA). He has multiple awards to his credit and all were centered on leadership; meritorious service to the community and building the youth development. He is currently the CEO of Corporate Shepherds Limited, an organization he Founded in 2009.
